Which payment gateway EECP use ?

We use three payment gateways:

We use for customers using debit / credit card issued in India.

PayPal :
We use for customers using debit / credit card issued in country other than India




Is it safe to use my credit/debit card on EECP ?

Your online transaction on EECP is secure with the highest levels of transaction security currently available on the Internet. EECP uses 256-bit encryption technology to protect your card information while securely transmitting it to the respective banks for payment processing. All credit card and debit card payments on EECP are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways managed by leading banks. Banks now use the 3D Secure password service for online transactions, providing an additional layer of security through identity verification.




Does EECP store my credit/debit card information?

NO! EECP will stores only the Stripe customer id in the database for future payments.

Credit card token is a token provided by Stripe related to the credit card that subscribed to a subscription, EECP does not store the credit card number in the database, the credit card token and last 4 digits are fetched directly from Stripe servers via API. The primary contact can update the credit card anytime he/she want by logging into the customers area and navigating from the top Profile menu -> Credit Card. What credit/debit cards are accepted on EECP?

We accept credit/debit cards





Do you accept payment made by credit/debit cards issued in other countries?

Yes! We accept VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express credit/debit cards issued by banks in India and in the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, the UK and the US. However, for international cards you have to go through a separate payment gateway Stripe.
